David has an established practice in the prosecution of computer related inventions. He has experience prosecuting applications in the areas of encryption, image processing, machine vision, operating system security, robotics, VHDL, and video encoding. Prior to joining KPPB, David prosecuted patent applications on behalf of a variety of clients including Apple, Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Inc., GoGrid, L.L.C., Tabula, Inc. and VMWare, Inc.
During David's computer science studies, he specialized in computer system design, taking advanced coursework in hardware design and VHDL. Accordingly, David's strong academic understanding of the underlying mechanics of computing systems enables him to grasp complex technologies combining innovation with respect to both hardware and software.
