Charles Halloran has approximately ten years of experience in all aspects of IP litigation, including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation in courts across the country, at both the trial and appellate level.   Charles also has particular expertise in trademarks and trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.   Before working with KPPB, Charles was an associate at a large Southern California IP boutique. Charles earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998.   During his time there, he served on the Executive Board of the journal Law and Policy in International Business, and was awarded the Order of the Coif. He joined the California Bar in 1998, and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts in California and Colorado, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Halloran earned his B.S. in chemistry from Caltech in 1994, with honors.
